I had a horrible experience with information about the vehicle I purchased. The sales person who started did not tell me anything about the vehicle. The young lady that took over was very helpful and told me everything! She went out of her way to be sure I knew everything about the vehicle. I would recommend her in an instant!

I like Sewell Lincoln because the staff treats their customers like very important clients instead of a number or another job to do. They pick up and drop off my car at any location I choose. They will notify me when the driver is ready to come and when he gets to my destination. I always get a car wash with every service. Sometimes, I go there in person with my daughter so we can eat at the cafe. The service I get going in-person is just as exceptional.

I left a review a few weeks ago about my purchase of a new Maverick at Sewell unhappy about a couple things in sales. This review is about Sewell's Service Department. and there is NOTHING to be unhappy about. As he has for the last 12 years, Service Manager Michael Fabbri treated me right and got my Mustang back to me quickly and in perfect condition. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else for service and my first call is always to Michael Fabbri at Sewell Ford.

I had never used Ford before and I am kicking myself for waiting so long. Came in on a Saturday right before closing and was just planning on test driving until I found the truck I wanted after going to 6 different dealerships. Fixed my 2023 Ford F350 that had a bad modem. Of course it takes time to get in with an appointment do to high demand in oul field country. But once in, the repair went extremely smooth. In fact they immediately knew what the issue was with the gps, wifi, etc. and got it fixed the first try without any hassles.

I recently received a call concerning a recall and that Sewell would come to the house and replace a blower motor on my 2015 Expedition. When the tech arrived, he was courteous, did the work quickly, and left me a card for their mobile service department. So, the recall work went very well. My only complaint is that I had another service need and I decided to use the information on the card to arrange that.
